First off all
go to www.keepvid.com
do everything they ask to do (paste the address etc)
click the download button
paste the newly created address to your browser or download manager AND CHANGE THE FILE EXTENSION TO .flv
download the flv player (there's a link on the keepvid page) or simply find the right software for you player (either winamp, wmplayer or whatever) that will support .flv files
